Urban Blossom designs, manufactures and installs innovative buildings, lodges and retreats providing a 360 degree solution for the private and leisure sector.
The end-to-end solution, including design, planning, manufacture and build is done by a dedicated expert team of architects, designers and creators who all share the same vision.
The Team
Ivor Kayne
Ivor, Co-Founder of Urban Blossom, set out to create exciting new options for the hospitality, leisure and residential market wanting to reconnect people with nature, coupled with his drive to deliver striking buildings in a sustainable and style driven approach. With a background in branding and design, Ivor specialises in creating strong brand identities.
Emma Kayne
Emma, Co-Founder of Urban Blossom, heads up design. With a long history of residential property project management and interior design, her passion and dedication for designing premium buildings and creating exquisite interiors begun when she graduated from UWE with First Class Honors in Interior Design. Emma dedicates herself to delivering striking designs which create a happy space for the clients and is the lead design consultant for Urban Blossom. Emma is an accredited SBID designer.
Edward McCann
Ed, an RIBA Chartered and ARB registered architect whose innovative designs have featured on Grand Designs and across print,is interested in developing robust, well considered, environmentally conscious and beautiful buildings which leave the occupants satisfied and happy in their new environment.

Susan Van Meter
Susan has been delivering bespoke luxury homes since 1990, turning her creativity to both high-end residential and commercial projects here in the UK and around the world.
By channeling the customers personal style Susan offers innovative and creative solutions to suit the property type, purpose, and location. She goes beyond design to get to the heart of each occupants needs.
Susan guides clients to make informed, responsible decisions for both product and design reducing environmental impact. With a strong belief in sustainable and ethical purchasing and manufacturing, Susan aims to use local suppliers where possible. Susan is an accredited SBID designer.
Jack Dunkley
Jack designed his first show garden aged just 14 and has proudly won numerous awards including 8 RHS medals at Chelsea, Hampton Court and Malvern Spring flower shows. Respected by his peers and the public alike he is one of the new stars of garden design.
The Telegraph listed his Juxtaposition garden in their top ten 2013 Chelsea show gardens. 60,000 visitors visited his Just Retirement garden at the 2014 Hampton Court show. The stunning garden also provided an exclusive Gala evening platform for the company’s directors and VIP guests.
Jack blends innovative planting with hard landscaping to create bold, architectural gardens for both commercial and private clients with Lord Saatchi a long standing supporter.
Jack has an encyclopedic knowledge of plants and landscape design, ranging from classical to contemporary, and a unique ability to interpret and execute a corporate message through his garden design. Jack has been featured in many television and radio programmes.
