Site Visit & Assessment

The team visits your site to evaluate the landscape, project requirements, discuss design possibilities, and provide a detailed design brief and fee outline.

Design & Quotation

Urban Blossom’s designers craft a unique, detailed design using sketches, visuals, and samples. Once approved, a comprehensive quotation is provided.

Planning 

Urban Blossom support Planning Applications and Building Control Regulations where required.  We work with specialists in planning across Caravan Act and Building Regulations to ensure your retreat is compliant in all ways.

Construction

Expert craftsmen begin crafting your retreat, focusing on high-quality materials and sustainable practices. The timeline varies on project complexity, the type of building and setting.

Warranty

For Caravan Act designs, the buildings come with a 10 year warranty, and additional insurance can be taken out to give you ultra peace of mind.  Our designs can also be manufactured to Building Regulation standards.
